Preperation and Usage:	Why not try... - Add spices such as cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. - Add alcohol such as brandy, rum or amaretto. Hints & tips - In a bain-marie the custard will thicken during service, add a little milk if required. - For a set custard on trifles, use a little less water. Keep bag tightly closed after part use.
