Preperation and Usage: | Montreal steak seasoning
A robust savoury seasoning blend with garlic, black pepper and dill seeds.
- Combine with lemon juice and vegetable oil and brush over Swordfish steaks before cooking. Serve with a fennel, red onion & mint salad.
- Knead into pastry, bread or pizza dough before cooking.
- Combine with rosemary and vegetable oil and use as a seasoning for roast lamb.
- Add to pan fried mushrooms, white wine and cream for a delicious starter meal. |
