Storage:	Store in a cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Preperation and Usage:	Fred's Tips Try adding halved cherry tomatoes and a handful of spinach or cooked bacon in with the sauce. Awesome Mac & Cheese is as easy as 1,2,3..... You will need: - 100g Grated Mature cheddar cheese - 200g Dry Macaroni or Spirali pasta - Semi Skimmed Milk For oven cooked Mac & Cheese: 1 Preheat your oven (180Â°C/Gas Mark 4/Fan 160Â°C). 2 Cook pasta until soft, drain and transfer back into the pan. Add sauce, 50g of the cheese and 75ml milk. Stir until the pasta is fully coated. Transfer into a 1.5L shallow ovenproof dish and top with another 50g of the cheese. 3 Bake uncovered, for 25 minutes until bubbling and golden. For hob cooked Mac & Cheese: 1 Cook pasta until soft, drain and transfer back into the pan. 2 Add sauce, 50ml milk and all the cheese. Stir until the pasta is fully coated, then gently heat (stirring often) until the cheese has melted and the sauce is bubbling. Please ensure food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving. Serve with garlic bread and salad, or as a great side dish for BBQs.
